Training in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is suitable for facilitators, trainers, educators, HR professionals, project managers, and strategists - all of whom can be trained as Certified LEGO ® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitators to implement the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® process in their work.
Additionally, researchers, IT professionals, executive/life coach, or leaders in your organisations can contribute enormous benefits with a certification as a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator - a strong addition to an individual's toolkit of techniques.
There are three options for being trained as a Certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator:
Use the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology in short applications or sessions such as induction, ice-breakers, recruitment interviews, brainstorms, meetings, project planning discussions, and marketing or branding sessions.
In addition to the initial one-day foundation program, attendance at the second day will provide you with the development of the specific way in which you would like to integrate LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology into your existing sessions. The second day will also provide you with practice and feedback on facilitating the process in your own context.
Attendance at this program will provide you with the advanced skills that you need to design, run, and market full day or longer intensive LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® sessions. Examples of this include strategic planning sessions, team-building, innovation forums and project planning.
